SHIPPING
TIME TO PROCESS ORDERS:
Products that are in stock will ship within 2-3 business days. Items placed on backorder will be shipped promptly upon readiness. Our meticulous handcrafting process requires approximately two weeks for each item to properly set before shipment.
If you have purchased custom items for an event the processing time will be discussed with you prior to ordering.
SHIPPING
All our orders are hand wrapped carefully with love & care. You will receive a tracking number and it will require a signature upon receipt.
SHIPPING TIMES:
Products to the United States mainland is approximately 5-7 business days after the processing time. Your package will be sent USPS Priority with a tracking number, UPS or FedEx depending on the most cost effective way and the size of your package.
Actual delivery time will vary based on the shipping provider and we can not guarantee these estimates. Once the package has been scanned and accepted by the shipping provider we have no control how long it will take for the package to arrive. Oneword Candle Company, LLC is not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.
Having said that, if you have concerns about your order, we will make an effort of tracking any lost package after 14 days of not receiving your order. If this should happen, please contact us at: onewordcandleco@gmail.com
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:
Customer is responsible for any customs and import taxes and/or duties that may apply. Oneword Candle Company, LLC has no responsibility for the time frame of packages being shipped outside of the United States. We have no control over customs and have no way of reaching out to them.
RETURN POLICY
Customers have the option to return their purchases for an exchange if they are not entirely satisfied for any reason. The return must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. It's essential that all returned items are in new, unused condition, maintaining their original state without any signs of wear and tear. This policy ensures that customers have a specific timeframe to decide if the purchased item meets their expectations and allows for the return of items that do not meet their satisfaction within the stipulated time. It's crucial for customers to adhere to the conditions outlined to qualify for a refund or exchange.
If you feel you need to return or exchange an item, please email onewordcandleco@gmail.com to obtain Authorization. After receiving the Authorization code, securely place the item in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Customer will be responsible for any and all return shipping charges. Please use a trackable method to mail your return and email the tracking number to us at: onewordcandleco@gmail.com
Upon receipt of your return and inspection of the item's condition, along with the approval for the requested refund, we will proceed with the return or exchange process. Kindly allow a minimum of seven (7) working days (Monday-Friday) from when we receive your item for the processing of your return or exchange. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
If you have received your package and the product(s) is defective or damaged in some way, please contact us at onewordcandleco@gmail.com and send a photo of the damaged. Once approved we will arrange for a replacement.
